Swift has found massive success on Spotify in recent years. In late August 2022, she broke a major record on the streaming service when she became the first female artist to surpass 100 million monthly listeners.
The achievement highlights Swift’s dominance as a streaming force. She holds the record for most-streamed album in a single day by a female artist for Folklore, which amassed over 80 million streams upon release in 2020.
With Midnights projected to break major records, Swift’s streaming numbers will likely continue to grow. For now, she can celebrate “Cruel Summer” entering the Billions Club – a testament to her enduring popularity and ability to create hits that fans want to stream over and over.
